Pre-payment Processing  We recommend upfront payment from your customer on all appraisals.  Getting your customer to commit payment to the process is a great way of securing a commitment. The Appraisal alliance accepts, handles and processes major credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks with no extra fees passed on to the client.
